You can get a complete refund if your challan is not settled and the status is failed. If a challan is settled at a lower price, the remaining amount will be refunded to you within 5–7 working days from the settlement date.
No refunds will be provided once the order id is created and the status has not failed. If any user does not provide necessary documentation, then his application will be on hold till all documents are provided
