Bill rejections can happen for multiple reasons like improper visibility of of the bill, repeated bill, eroded ink on the bill, bill being older than 7 days...

Bill approval can take up to 48 Hours. Our team will go through and review each bill that has been uploaded on Park+ and approve them

To download the bill history go to the history section, select the date range and you will get a PDF of all the details of the bills in a PDF format
